Early Career and Media Beginnings

Suzie’s journey into the entertainment world began early, starring as cheeky schoolgirl Tracey Sneddon in the hit BBC Scotland series Chewin’ the Fat. She later earned a Business Studies degree from Glasgow Caledonian University and pursued journalism in London, writing for publications like The Daily Express, The Daily Star, and OK! Magazine.

However, Suzie’s love for entertainment pulled her toward radio. She became a Breakfast Presenter for Bauer Media’s Northsound 1 before moving on to Clyde 1 and later working as a travel presenter for INRIX, delivering travel bulletins for major national and local radio stations such as Magic, Absolute, LBC, and several BBC regional stations.

Rising as a DJ

Suzie discovered her true passion for DJing while working in London, training at the London Sound Academy. Her debut gig in East London’s Shoreditch in 2018 marked the beginning of a thriving career.

By 2019, she made history at Glasgow’s TRNSMT Festival as the first DJ to perform on the Queen Tuts Stage. That same year, Suzie brought her talent to Ibiza and in-store gigs for brands like Topshop and MAC Cosmetics.

As a proud ally of the LGBTQ+ community, Suzie became a resident DJ for Glasgow’s Kween, working alongside Drag Race UK winner Lawrence Chaney. She also became a fixture at London’s Haus of Bam Bam and Glasgow’s Moskito and Grosvenor Café, where she headlined multiple Ashton Lane Hogmanay Street Parties.

Her reputation for electrifying sets has seen her share the stage with acts such as Natasha Kitty Katt, So Solid Crew, Lisa Maffia, and Sweet Female Attitude.

Creative Ventures and Achievements

Suzie partnered with Pioneer DJ Global to promote their cutting-edge products, cementing her status as an influencer in the music industry. In 2022, she launched Louder Creative, a social media agency leveraging her expertise to manage accounts for brands and celebrities, including Glasgow Underground, comedian Shazia Mirza, and Prof. Matthew Williams.
